Each API call that successfully captures a screenshot counts as one screenshot, regardless of the page size or format. Failed requests due to our errors are not counted.
No, unused screenshots do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle starts fresh with your plan's allocation.
You can enable overage billing in your dashboard. Extra screenshots are billed at your plan's overage rate. Without overage enabled, requests will be rejected once you hit your limit.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. After that, we don't offer refunds for partial months.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe.
