Check schedule settings
- Select the organization and open Screenshots → Schedules.
- Check that the schedule is active rather than paused.
- Review its timezone, interval or schedule expression, and the next expected execution.
- Inspect the latest capture result and any delivery error separately.
Capture failure and delivery failure differ
A capture can succeed while email or webhook delivery fails. A notification cannot contain a successful screenshot when the capture itself failed. Also check credit availability, feature access, and whether the target is reachable at the scheduled time.
Report the specific execution
Include the schedule identifier, expected time and timezone, actual outcome, target URL, and delivery channel. A screenshot of the schedule settings helps distinguish timing errors from rendering errors.
