Screenshot batch management in the dashboard
The dashboard now has a dedicated Batches page alongside Playground, Screenshots, and Schedules. It shows batches across your organization, including jobs submitted through the API and the existing bulk capture workflow.
- Track progress: see successful, failed, processing, pending, and cancelled item counts.
- Inspect each item: filter by status, find its URL and input line, read errors, and preview or download available results.
- Control pending work: cancel a batch to stop new captures. In-flight captures can finish and consume credits; completed results stay available.
- Import and resume: upload TXT, CSV, or JSONL files, pause submission, and resume by reselecting the unchanged original file in the same browser. Review the draft before choosing Start batch.
- Keep work moving: batches wait when credits run out and resume automatically when credits become available.
The default maximum is 100 items per batch. An administrator can raise an organization's allowance, including above 10 million. Each new batch keeps the limit from its creation; a larger allowance does not increase rendering concurrency or capture speed.
Screenshot files expire after seven days. Batch history, item statuses, and errors remain available until you explicitly delete the batch.
For integrations, the new batch API supports sequential, resumable chunks and aggregate completion webhooks. The existing bulk endpoint retains its 100-URL maximum.
