Stealth mode is generally available, and free to try on Starter
Stealth mode has graduated from preview to generally available. Set stealthMode: true on a capture and we route it through a path built to read as a real browser on a residential connection, so sites that normally return a Cloudflare interstitial, a block page, or a captcha hand back the actual content instead.
The big change since the preview: stealth captures now recognize bot-protection challenge pages and retry on a fresh connection on their own, rather than returning a screenshot of the wall. When a site genuinely can't be captured, you get a clear TARGET_BLOCKED error you can act on instead of a misleading image.
New: stealth is now on Starter for a limited time. It's normally a Pro feature, but as an introduction offer the Starter plan includes up to 100 stealth captures a month at no extra cost. If stealth becomes part of how you capture, Pro keeps it permanently and uncapped.
Stealth runs slower than a standard capture, so reach for it only on the specific URLs that come back blocked. See the stealth mode docs for when to use it and how to handle errors.
