Check for an access restriction
An access-denied page, CAPTCHA, or browser challenge can mean the target has rejected automated access. The same site may load in your browser because its IP address, session, or location differs. A longer delay does not necessarily remove a block.
Try stealth mode if available
If your organization has access to stealth capture, try stealthMode: true for the affected site. Use it selectively; it may take longer and cannot guarantee access to every protected website. It does not provide a login session or remove the need for authorization to access private content.
Handle repeated blocks
TARGET_BLOCKED means a challenge or block remained. Use bounded retries, then stop retrying the same URL repeatedly. Send the request ID, timestamp, URL, and error to support. Avoid treating an image of a challenge page as a successful capture of the intended content.
