Confirm full-page settings
A viewport capture includes only the configured viewport. Enable fullPage to capture the scrollable page. Full-page captures still have height and section limits; an infinite feed cannot produce an unlimited image.
Choose a capture mode
fullPageMode: "stitch" scrolls through sections and handles lazy-loaded content and fixed elements. fullPageMode: "native" uses the browser’s full-page capture behavior and can help isolate a stitching problem. Test both with the same viewport and URL.

}Check page-specific scrolling
Some pages scroll inside a container rather than the document. Others grow continuously as content loads. Tell support where the image ends, include the expected section, and share the full-page mode, viewport, and any maxHeight or maxSections options. For very large pages, capture a relevant element or smaller section instead.
