Connect an account
- Open the extension settings and connect your Allscreenshots account or enter an API key.
- Confirm the selected organization is the one where you want screenshots to be stored.
- Capture a public page first, then check that organization’s dashboard gallery.
Capturing a signed-in page
Session sharing is a separate, site-specific choice. Review the permissions and only enable it for sites where you intend to send authenticated session information for a capture. A screenshot may contain private content visible to other members of the organization.
Resolve a connection problem
If authorization fails, retry sign-in and check the organization selection. If a key fails, use its full value rather than its short dashboard identifier. For a report, include your browser version, extension version, connection method, and the exact error.
