Check the organization first
Captures, API keys, usage, and billing belong to an organization. Switching the dashboard organization does not move a capture or change which organization an existing API key uses.
- Check the organization selector in the dashboard.
- Compare it with the organization that owns the API key used for the capture.
- Open the gallery, API Keys, or Billing in that organization.
Check your role
Some management actions require an owner or administrator. If you can see results but cannot change settings, ask an organization owner to check your role. An invitation must be accepted with the intended account.
If access is still missing
Email support with your account email, organization name, the page or action involved, and any error message. Include the capture or key identifier if relevant, without including the full key.
